KEY HIGHLIGHTS OF DECREE NO. 57/2025 ON THE MECHANISMS FOR DIRECT POWER TRADING BETWEEN RENEWABLE ENERGY GENERATION ENTITIES AND LARGE ELECTRICITY CONSUMERS




📌On 03 March 2025, the Government issued Decree No. 57/2025/ND-CP which provides regulations on the mechanisms for direct power trading between renewable energy generation entities and large electricity consumers. These are important steps to promote clean energy, build a competitive and transparent electricity market in Vietnam.
