MECHANISM FOR DIRECT ELECTRICITY PURCHASE (DPPA)

 


📢 On July 3, 2024, the Government issued Decree 80/2024/ND-CP ("Decree 80") with immediate effect to adjust the direct power purchase and sale mechanism ("DPPA") between renewable energy generating units and large electricity users via private connection lines and through the national grid.
